Terms of Service - Uaryn

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Uaryn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Uaryn is an invoicing and payment reminder platform that allows users to:

Create and send invoices to clients
Automate payment reminders via email
Generate Stripe payment links for clients to pay directly
Manage recurring invoices (Pro plan)

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payments and Billing

Free Plan: Limited to 3 invoices per month at no cost.

Pro Plan: $9/month, billed monthly. Includes unlimited invoices and additional features.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Stripe Connect

To receive payments from clients, you must connect a Stripe account. You agree to comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and are responsible for any fees charged by Stripe for payment processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Send invoices for services not rendered or products not delivered
Harass recipients through excessive or abusive communications
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Payment disputes between you and your clients
Delays or failures in email delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
